I was excited on purchasing this item – however on the third wear the drawstring on one of the pant legs came out. I was pretty shocked at the quality because I have other North Face items as I am a competitive climber. Really disappointed in the product. Had they not broken so easily my rating would be much higher and I would be raving about them to my friends.
It is also not an easy self fix – NOTE THAT the return warranty is quite lengthy – you have to pay shipping and fill out forms and wait for them to “evaluate” the product. This is a great way to deter customers from returning their items – which does not bode well to a good review.
I doubt I will be buying much from the North Face just based off of this warranty process.

I wanted to love these, they are comfy and slim fitted but the material is thin and snags easily. They snagged a bunch of times while casually biking the first time I wore them. Now they look old and worn.

I’m 5’4 and the length of these pants hit right at my ankle. Looks good with a sandal or slip on shoe. The material is comfortable to wear and washed well with a little time in dryer then hung to dry. No wrinkles at all. I bought black then purchased the gray.

In my opinion, the Aphrodite pant style is well thought out because the elastic waist makes it easy to slip into and out of; side pockets are always useful; the fabric is lightweight and moves with you versus fighting any motion. I appreciate that someone still makes a pant that’s not cropped or for jogging. This pant looks good for work, or casual activities; IMO it goes anywhere except formal events. So far the color choices are good but a couple more saturated colors would be great — like a rich chocolate brown, deep burgundy, dark charcoal, etc.

I have three pairs of these and my mom loved them so much I bought her two. She golfs in them. I bought them to wear in the summer Bc I hate sweating on everything I touch, esp the car. I don’t like wearing shorts and dresses as much so I bought these since they’re really lightweight and comfy in 80F+ weather. They’re now my go to pants for summer. They look awesome with my sneakers or flip flops. The pockets are real sized too!
