I just received the product and the stitching is all over the place. You can see extra thread everywhere. Was expecting a really good finishing product but turns out to be poorly made. dissapointed

Overall it was alright; i just got it and it’s a decent size and has more pockets than the pictures but it folds in werid when it doesn’t have a lot of stuff in it and the stretchy pocket thing on the front is stretched out so it looks like a saggy diper, not really appealing, yes i will be using it for school but overall it’s not really that great, the inside pockets are small too so it can’t really hold a lot of books.

I really like the backpack especially because of all the pockets. I love the double cup sides. I love the laptop case portion. I think it’s a pretty decent size, not too big or too small. One thing I wasn’t happy about is seeing a piece of thread coming out and I haven’t even had the bag for 1 month.

I was looking for a purple bag and have heard great things on the comfort of the North Face design. I wanted a useful water bottle holder, laptop pocket and not too big, and one that would stand up. I looked at a lot of designs, some were too big or had cheap short mesh pockets. I was willing to pay more for specific features. I really like this overall but it’s missing the kickstand? Or I got an old model? It DOES NOT stand up which I find annoying! It said it was an updated model which would stand. This is a complaint of so many North Face bags so I had hoped it was fixed. I love the color, size and comfort but hate it gets dusty laying on the ground. I have tried different things in the compartments but it will not stand. So if this is important, keep looking!

Great backpack for many things. I have used it on the plane as a carry on and it stored nicely below the seat so you can keep your items close by. I have also used this at my kids tournament. It holds everything I need for the entire day. I can keep my iPad securely away from food and drink items. The straps are comfortable for prolonged wear. I also love the rose gold detail. It gives the backpack a little bit of feminine edge to it. I definitely recommend this backpack for multiple use.
