Bella –
I had this coat in a larger size, then lost weight and bought a new one. Happy with how the size small fits and subtle improvements North Face made to the coat. Chose navy instead of black because the North Face logo blends in. It is unattractive on the black coat – white iron-on decal located both on front and back!

The fit of this is awkward for me. The bottom half of the jacket flares out way too much. I am 5’4, 135 and I tried the medium and small. The bell shaped bottom is an issue in both sizes. Maybe you need more curves to pull this off?
I also think that the price is steep for the quality. It is well made, but IMO it should be more like 175-200 at most.

Nice lightweight coat, & love the extra coverage with the parka length. Disappointed that the TNF logo is printed on, not stitched like my older TNF jackets. Not only does it not look as nice, but if any of the letters peel off, it will be really obvious as it’s right at chest level (and for the black jacket, it’s contrast white lettering). Please consider going back to the stitched logo!

Liked the jacket and fit. I was so disappointed that the North Face emblem is now a painted decal instead of embroidered. It really cheapened the look of a $250 jacket.

Love this jacket – stylish, vegan and eco-friendly without using down, but not compromising on warmth. I can wear just this light jacket in freezing temperatures and still stay warm. Highly recommend.

The more you make the cheaper the look !!

I have searched and searched for a coat that was warm, but not puffy, and I think this is finally the winner! My only con would be that I wish it came in more colors and I don’t especially love the blue decal on the navy, but other than that, I do love it. It does run a bit small, so I sized up to a medium so I could fit sweaters and sweatshirts under it. I’m 5’3” and 125 lbs.

I bought this to replace an older version of the same coat. I have gotten lots of compliments on the new coat. It’s good to about 30 degrees in Chicago.

I am in love with this jacket.
I was worried it wouldn’t be forgiving.
It for me perfectly!
Even though I’m a little fluffier this year.
The color is beautiful.
More green than blue.
Which was a pleasant surprise
My favorite color this season.
It’s cozy, light weight perfect for a day out shopping or a walk.
Love it, can’t wait to see how it holds up to a Maine winter.
Tracey –
I’m very disappointed that this jacket cost what it did and the NF logo is not embroidered on the jacket as is my other two jackets I have from NF. Makes the jacket look cheap.
Anna –
I really love this jacket. The color is beautiful! It’s very lightweight, but keeps me nice and warm. I definitely recommend it.

This “eco”parka thermoball is much thinner material than my previous thermoball. It feels cheap! This also has just an an iron on NorthFace logo that feels sticky. I Ike the old embroidered logo. I don’t think this would be enough for Seattle winter this Christmas. Very, very disappointed.

I have a longer heavier coat for super cold weather. I bought a large and I have room for a sweater. I am 5’5″ and weigh 175. Can wear a medium or large but this said slim fit. So Went with large. Patagonia coat is what I wanted but their arms are so tight. As is the coat in the body. I have other North face things like the vest and like the quality.

Great jacket. It’s warm in about 20 degree NJ winters. Fits great, it’s a great length ( about 3″ below my bottom) and flattering with the drawstring pulled, or not . Able to accommodate wearing bulky sweaters or a light long sleeve, just adjust string accordingly, and it always gives you a nice shape. I’m currently 5mo pregnant, and I’m 5’10” 198lbs. So I bought the xl when I usually buy a large, but I can tell I’ll be able to wear it post pregnancy, because there’s a lot of cord available to use on drawstring. So I’m happy!

Good coat for the people in colder climate-hello Midwest. Nice looking enough to dress up or down. You can wear it to work, and then also on the weekend.

I really wanted to keep it But, I ended up returning it. It’s not warm enough for me to wear it with just a base layer in 30-40 f weather. I’m true size Small and if I layer a slim fit jacket or hoodie the shoulder area become too tight to be comfortable. Size up to medium would be too loose in the body. I really like the design though that defines the silhouette nicely with the adjustable waist that’s right in the middle of my waist.
Gina –
Great length. Lightweight, but very warm.
Wish the logo was embroidered instead or an iron on heat transfer.

I am currently wheelchair bound due to major foot surgery. I live in Rochester, NY, where at times ( usually) early mornings we’ve been as low as -4 degrees below zero, with a windchill that makes it feel like -14. Factor that into me having to be wheeled, with wind hitting all parts of my body in that chair.
I love this jacket not only because of its sharp, trendy, look; but also because it’s not heavy, and bulky, but kept me warm on a day ( like mentioned above)! Even my husband noticed how comfortable I was after having complained about being colder in my down jacket.
To add to the above; This North Face ThermoBall coat is sustainable (which I love), thereby meaning it’s vegan, and eco-friendly.
Thumbs up people

I bought this for my sister and she loved it! Wish the price was a tad smaller as this is a fall jacket that costs like winter jacket

Lightweight and keeps warm! Looks good too

I love the length and how light weight it is! It’s summer in the desert so I haven’t had a chance to wear it. I can’t wait for colder weather!
Jenny –
I have this Parka in gray and black! It is my absolute favorite because it keeps me warm and covers my tush without her BG bulky! It packs down perfectly for my daypack too.
Frank –
Very lightweight but very warm. Great for travel.

I took this jacket to the mountains of Peru for a week and it kept me very warm 🙂
