Opportunities:
The neck strap just doesn’t feel as well thought out as the rest of the hat. The elastic is just tied to loops on the hat vs having a clip. It ends up rubbing/irritating the side of my face so I removed it. I own several brimmed hats like this and the strap on the North Face is my least favorite. It’s a small detail, but worth noting.

I bought this L/XL hat to wear while mowing the lawn and working outside. I have a large head (7 3/4 ball cap size) and don’t always have great luck finding hats that fit well. This hat is a total game changer- great fit, comfortable, and awesome protection from the sun!

I love this hat! Took it camping in Joshua Tree in hot weather and it was a dream. Very lightweight, lots of ventilation, good sized brim that held up pretty well in the wind, and it’s cinchable at crown and has a neck strap too. Also the S/M fit well, I have a 21.5″ head for reference. I just wish they would make it in more colors, like mauve, lilac, something fun! I’d buy it in lots of colors.

Will wear this every day of summer. First day I wore it, it got pooped on 3 times: twice by a bird once by a squirrel. The wide brim kept the poop off of me and now it’s my lucky hat. Love the vents for cooling off and the lightweight durable material.

Wore this hat on a recent trip to Hawaii. It was perfect for the beach and on hikes. We did a day outing which included kayaking and hiking to a waterfall. it proved to be protective from the sun yet comfortable. It also stays on during high winds, even with the strap cinched behind the head instead of that annoying spot under the chin. I would highly recommend this hat for the adventurer who loves to get outside yet wants to stay protected from the sun.

I bought the large size so it would fit over my hair when it is pulled up but it fits pretty good either way. Comfortable and lightweight but providing the sun protection I need. It has been a great addition to my summer gear!
