But there are a few things to note:
– This boot runs about a full size smaller than its predecessor, the back-to-Berkeley II. Size up at least a half size!
– The colors in the photos don’t do it justice; they’re way more gorgeous in person.
– It’s an extremely snug fit, trying to get them on is more difficult than I’d like it to be. They definitely are extremely snug on the top of the shoe. Because of the construction, there’s only so much you can do to adjust them, so this will be a deal breaker for many.
– They don’t look as clunky or masculine as other hiking boots.

I an enjoying these boots. Used for a 5 miles rocky hike with some wet spots. Very comfortable and water proof. I am a true size 11 and I like these because they don’t hurt my toes when we are going downhill. Color matches the picture.

Took these for their first spin this weekend hiking in the Smokey mountains. Conditions were wet, but these held up great. Very comfortable, no blistering or discomfort at all for first use!

I sized up by a half size and they worked perfect. They really are suctioned to your feet, but I love that about them. I ended up wearing them when we went horseback riding, and everyone’s feet were soaked when we formed a river -except mine!

I love these boots! I made a mistake the first time wearing thick socks, and it made my feet hurt. The second time I decided to Just wear a thin hiking sock I got at the NOG, and they feel amazing! You don’t need socks that come up because they have a built in one. I absolutely love these shoes and will continue to buy them forever! Haha I normally wear 10s, but as I get older (31) I realized I’ve been squeezing myself in a 10 instead of an 11. I ordered my size I should be wearing and they fit great! But if you were like me in the past and ordered shoes that fit but still kind of felt tight order a size up you won’t regret it!

LOVE THEM! The ankle is stretchy so it doesn’t bug me. The shoe runs a little small. Order a half size up and you should be good to go.
