The Small is a good fit for someone who is trim with a 30 to 32 waist. I’m 5’10” and my son is 6 feet. We’re both about 160 lbs. There was plenty of room to sit on a chairlift and crouch while skiing and not be uncomfortable in the crotch. Plenty of room for a long underwear layer or two. If you want a baggy look like in snowboarding fashion, or you’ve got a gut, get a Medium.

So far these bibs are great. Very comfortable, lightweight, just enough pockets, very warm. I’m 5’7″ 155 lbs and usually wear 30″x30″ in pants. I had to order the Medium Short bibs, as the regular were too long.

Easy to put on. I’m 5’11” and 160 lbs. got an M and it fit perfect. For skinny person, you may need to adjust the suspenders all the up to shoulder to tighten the bib. Great waterproof for the price!

Fit was great. My son is 5’8″ 140, and the small fit him well. He is lean, with a thin waist. If you have a belly or large thighs, would need to go to a medium. He loved skiing in a bib over traditional ski pants. Old guys that need to pee a lot may not like this, as you have to drop the bib to pee
