I’d say the waist is very forgiving and adjustable. I ended up needing a smaller size than I wear in a fixed waistline bottom. Returning for the next size down.

This skort is not your mom’s old school piece of apparel. This is cute, modern and so practical with the large pockets (fits phone, keys, … all the goodies). I was hesitant to purchase due to the high price tag, but once it was delivered I realized just how great the item was. You can’t beat the quality of North Face. Highly recommend!

I wore these in Big Bend National Park with the matching long sleeve shirt for a Sunrise hike on the Lost Mines Trail. The shorts help up well. We also hiked to the hot springs around sunset. The shorts did not ride up and they dried pretty quickly.

I am between a size 0-4 (butt and highs large), 5′-7″, 120 lb. I ordered a size up because the reviews said these ran small, but ended up exchanging for the size 2. I personally think these fit true to size.

Bought this skort for hiking trip to the Grand Tetons, and it performed well! Packs small, but the fabric feels durable. It was comfortable and the front pocket was handy. Washed it (along with a bunch of other items) in a dry bag and it dried incredibly quickly compared to everything else. Purchased my usual size.
